About Statewide

Why hire a remodeler who has worked Orlando since 1985?

Because forty years in the same market means we have probably already solved the exact problem sitting in your house. Rois Narvaez started remodeling Central Florida homes in 1985 and registered Statewide Home Remodeling in 2012. He still runs the jobs. When you hire us for a kitchen or bathroom renovation, one person coordinates the permit, the demo, the rough-ins, and the finish work, then walks the punch list with you at the end. We take insurance claim work. We pull our own permits, and that matters more than it sounds. Orange County, the City of Orlando, Seminole County and half a dozen smaller city offices each run their own portal, their own fee schedule and their own review queue. We check the parcel first, every time. Learn more about Statewide Home Remodeling, or see how financing through Regions Bank can spread the cost of a remodel.

What we build

What does a kitchen or bathroom renovation cost in Orlando?

Less than most homeowners expect, and we tell you the number before we start. A standard bathroom renovation starts around $6,999. A 10x10 kitchen remodel starts around $7,900. The final price depends on cabinets, tile, and whether you move plumbing or walls. Moving a wall or relocating a drain line is what separates a nine thousand dollar bathroom from a twenty five thousand dollar one, so we walk the property before we quote rather than pricing off photographs. The written estimate splits labor, materials and permit fees. Anything we cannot confirm until demo starts gets flagged as a conditional item, so you know in advance what could move and why. Here is what we build most.

Bathroom Remodeling

New tile, vanities, walk-in showers, and the waterproofing behind them that you never see but always feel when a shower lasts twenty years instead of five. We handle small guest baths and full master suites.

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinets, counters, flooring, and the wall you have wanted gone since you moved in. We have opened load bearing walls to connect a cramped kitchen to a dining room, and relocated whole kitchens to the back of the house.

Home Renovations

When the whole house needs work, one crew handles all of it, from flooring and paint to electrical and additions. Think a 1950s house taken back to studs, or a garage turned into a rentable apartment.

Before & after

What do finished Statewide remodels look like?

Real Orlando-area homes, before and after. In Windermere we did a full kitchen renovation with new oak floors. In Cape Canaveral we spent about three months gutting a 1950s house and turned the garage into an Airbnb apartment. In Sanford we built a 20x20 addition and moved the old kitchen to the back of the house to open up the dining room. Near Disney we finished a commercial bathroom in black tile. The Cape Canaveral job is the one worth explaining. A 1950s slab house means no attic run for new ductwork and cast iron drains that have to come out before anything cosmetic goes in, so the first three weeks produced nothing a client can photograph. That is normal. On a slab house from that era it is unavoidable, and we say so at the estimate rather than letting you wonder in week three why the place still looks like a building site. We tell people up front which weeks will look like progress and which weeks simply are progress.

What do Orlando homeowners say about Statewide?

The same three things, mostly. That the crew cleaned up before leaving, that somebody explained what was happening and why, and that the finish details got handled without anyone having to chase them. These sit on our Google Business Profile rather than being hand picked for this page, so the middling ones are there to read as well. We would rather you saw the whole picture. None of what earns them is complicated: turn up on the day we said, flag a change the moment we know about it, and leave the site swept before we go home. Forty years in one market also means a fair number of these people are neighbours of whoever calls us next.
